- Solid Aluminum
- 8.200 Deck Height
- needs repaired(2 liners and pan rail)
- easy repair since block is solid
- nice block for an alchohol motor
- have 2 new liners

Definitely gonna be a short stroke, short rod engine!!! You'd have to spin a whole bunch of revs to make much power...... What the heck is the bore size on it???? Did you make a typo on the deck height maybe????
As for putting a Ford in it, better make sure the chassis is working great before you add that much power!!!!!!!Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!

I would not consider them red flags. Its an aftermarket racing block built to rev and hold many many RPM'S. And only to be ran as that. My biggest thing would be that it has failed already. Though it can be repaired, but is there something else wrong that has not yet been seen.
