Homemade PCV baffles (Got pics or advice?)

I am running vintage aluminum cal custom valve covers on my 454. There is no baffles to protect the pcv valve. I decided to use one of the baffled grommets from moroso, but have read that they do not work too well.

Anyone have any pic or advice on how to make my own? The covers are finned, so I really can drill a hole completely thru to mount something. I have heard some guys epoxy a baffle in there, that makes e nervous, doesn't seem very durable. I don't know what shape the baffle should be either.
