the cast headders are Fentons, and they are actully the better peice, unless you found long tube headders. as for an HEI.. the HEI from a late 70's chevy 250 will fit, if you find 1.. or you could buy new.. 390 4bbl would work wellYou don't know what you've got til it's gone
