intake, exhaust, cams, distributor will all fit 194-250.. you could use a 230-250 head if you didn't have a good 194 cylinder head but it will drop the compressionYou don't know what you've got til it's gone

i found a palce onlie that has rebuilt HEIs for 95 bucks, and another palce that sells tube heads and the cast iron ones. seems liek the tube headers would be alot better as they are not so short, or startes i was thinking HEI heads and the 4bbl intake with either a 390 4bbl holley, or just a 2bbl on an adapter

the cast headders are Fentons, and they are actully the better peice, unless you found long tube headders. as for an HEI.. the HEI from a late 70's chevy 250 will fit, if you find 1.. or you could buy new.. 390 4bbl would work wellYou don't know what you've got til it's gone

350 CFM 2bbl would be ideal, but I don't see why a 390 4bbl wouldn't work..You don't know what you've got til it's gone

a Wayne valve cover would be nice.. but there also costly.. lots of things you could do to make it look nice. every one will look at a 6cyl if it's cleaned up a bit..You don't know what you've got til it's gone
