engine ?
i am new to this im getting a 31 ford coupe and dont kno wat kind of engine i should get i was thinking of just getting a block and building that up with all high pro parts i want at least 450 hp of the engine so if neone could help me out with wat size of an engine i should be looking at the help will be greatly app. also when doing a hot rod you have to re weld the engine mounts for the spef. engine rite?

yup, takes special mounts.... You'll also have to do some frame work on that old A to get it to hold the power of a modern engine. Then with the added power, you're going to need to update the suspension, brakes, fuel, and electrical systems..... Lots more to it then just dropping in a big V-8....Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!

do a bunch of reading....go to the library and check out a few books..go buy a bunch of Hot Rod,car craft mags.....
