I don't think you'll have any problems, they make custom rods and pistons all the time.
Alot of stuff can be fabricated if needed,just becareful when your taking it apart not to break anything.
I'm sure the parts can be very expensive . If I were you I'd check out Jay Leno's garage,
he's always building the odd stuff. You could probably E - Mail some of the guys on his site with questions. Who knows maybe they will offer a tidy some to buy it. HE! HE! HE! Kurt
