    Issue with timing... Help ...

     



    I have a 383 Stroker engine, 557, Aluminum heads. Aluminum roller rockers. Had a HEI, Went with a ProBillet Dist. New coil, wires,Mallory 6AL box, All new. Pulled The dist. took of valve cover rotated engine till #1 Cyl Both vales are Closed, (Rockers UP). #1 is at TDC. Drop the Dist. in , Its pointing at #1 Cyl. Cranks and it will hit but not run? Could this be The degree on the cam??? Ive TRIPLE checked everything. Please Help.......
