    TA blues.....

     



    Hello again everyone, can someone tell me why my TA pops the oil filter seal and spews oil all over when I have changed the head gaskets. After inspecting the old gaskets, one coolant and oil passage were leaking into the other. I thought that would fix the problem, but I was wrong. Although the spewed oil is not milky anymore, so maybe the gaskets are holding, but what could make the oil filter seal just pop like this. ...

    I think it's the junk 305 that's the problem, get a 350 and, you'll be a lot happier.

    What brand of filter are you using??? How much oil pressure does the engine have at idle and at speed.???
