Why twin turbo with low boost?
I'm no expert on turbos, but it seems to me that of you want low boost, use one turbo.
Fewer headaches that way..
Education is expensive. Keep that in mind, and you'll never be terribly upset when a project goes awry.

Twin turbos are easier to plumb on v8s than single turbo
I wouldn't turbo anything with a carb these days--too many fuel injection options available that cab be tuned for low rpm vacume to higher boost high rpm ----
No problems then with blow thru carb issues, power valves, pcv------

we are going efi with it using this intake... SBC Small Block Chevy High Rise Hurricane Aluminum EFI Intake Manifold 350 | eBay
and will be using 8x 550cc injectors, the reason for the low boost is because i am scared that the motor wont be reliable with high boost

I agree with your choice of a 360 degree intake manifold design, but be careful about getting the correct bolt pattern. Here is the bolt pattern of your heads......

didnt know you get different bolt patters on the sbc intakes i thought they were all the same lol ok so my intake wont match the 283 power pack bolt pattern so i guess i need some different heads to work with this intake

That won't work with your heads but something like this will SBC Chevy 350 Dual Plane Aluminum Intake Square Bore Idle-5500 RPM Small Block | eBayKen Thomas
