    Stroker Carb

    Got a question on Carbs.
We need to update a 383 stroker to a new carb.
We are looking at a 750cfm carb.
Need the wisdom of the list for recomendations on model of carb.
    We like Edelbrock
We have heard good things about Barry Grants Speed Demon.
Our need is 750cfm with what we are running.
    Any suggestions on make?
We have the notion that Holyey's leak
We are trying to stay under $400.00

You are going to get as many answers to this question as there are carburetors, so I might as well add to the list.

EDELBROCK. You can tune/change anything without draining the fuel.

No offense, Streets, but that Predator looks like something off of a Borg cube. I know they run great, but I just can't get with the Predator program 'cuz they're just fugly.

After figuring all the flow requirments and the cam profile it showed a min of 700 cfm. I made calls to Edelbrock and Holley tech lines and with our set up they recomended the 750.
We have Dart Iron Eagle heads with a Comp 12-432-8 cam.
    KB 100 Pistons.
We are leaning to a Speed Demon. A bit pricey but with the ease of adjustment and the overall percision of the unit it looks like this is where we are going.
