Can anyone help me ID this?

This is the intake that came in the trunk of my 49Ply, Its for a straight 8. I need some info on this so I can either find an engine for it if its worth while or sell it.
This is one of the numbers casted on it. 1400490-21949 Plymouth Club Coupe Still in pieces.
