    I see Dave is still answering all the ford questions.
    Yates Racing used to have a kit for this, this was many moons ago though. You can probably still get info from them too.
    You'll have to change your crank and rods as well as the heads and intake. I did this twenty some years ago, but i can't remeber all the details. Back then we were calling it a mexican style boss.
    Yates used to sell just the plans for doing this or you can buy the stuff from him and just bolt it on. It's not cheap, but you will have one great running motor.

    PS almost forgot pistons will be differant too, because of angle
    of the valves.
