i was wondering inital timming set a 12 deg is a good start,but with only mec advanse 28 deg at 2500 rpm and 36 at 5000 rpm is that about right. the gold spring gives 16 deg at 2500 plus inital and 24 mec at 5000 rpm. should i have the hei recurved or am i on the right track. its a petronix hei for a big block chevy
