My buddy has an 86 silverado with a 350 engine and a holley carb on it, we went to start it one morning and the starter would not and could not turn the engine over, we bought a brand new starter and still could not turn the engine over so we turned it over with a torque wrench on the damper which was way too hard so we pulled the plugs, when we pulled the plugs gasoline literally just poured out of most of the cylinders, long story short what could cause the carb to just drain all fuel into cylinders while not running?
