i have 2 different carbs and they both need tuning. i need a great mechanic, if its ur friend or a shop that can help me tune my street cars. one is an 650 edlebrock on a 355sbc and the other one is a 850 on a 496 bbc, the truck runs ok but turns of at the light and the bbc is running way to rich because plugs go bad after about five minutes. i just had the carb rebuild and did the closing of the screws and starts at 1 and a 1/4 turn. it has a 635 lift can from what i was told so maybe thats why its running to rich.
