Idle mix screws on Edelbrock
What is the rule of thumb adjustment for the idle mix screws on an Edelbrock600 CFM with electric choke?If I knew anything I'd be dangerous.

Start at about 1 1/2 turns out, then adjust with a vacuum gauge for peak vacuum, then in about 1/4 turn works for me.Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!

as dave stated above, this is the proper way to adjust carb. also if you don't have a vac gauge then use a tach and follow the above only open up (turn out) the screws for best i

Yep. And I seem to move 1 thing and it displaces something else with 1/2 of that landing on the workbench and then I forgot where I was going with this other thing and I'll see something else that...
