IM working on a low budget race progect,got lot's of spare parts,my question is with a HEI 4pin Distributor you are supposed to hook the MSD box to the DIST,and remove the GM module.I wan't to ad a crank trigger and use a Blaster coil not the in cap HEI coil.Run crank trigger wires violet/green to MSD box,orange/black to blaster coil,so the only wire going to the DIST will be the coil wire from coil to the Dist cap.I don't no if this will work bypassing the HEI Magnetic-pickup trigger,

YEP,it worked.just have to check Rotor phaseing now.
