429 Help
My Fairlane seems hard to hold an idle, I'm camming it though. I have a steady misfire of spark plug #1, and the timing seems a bit off. I can't find any info online for what these adjustments should be. We've already adjusted the air/fuel ratio on the Holley. It also feels like my tranny wants to drop out at times. I checked the tranny fluid and it's about a half a quart low, but it still drives in 1-2-3 gears, just not "drive" itself on the shifter. (using B&M star shifter) Maybe a linkage issue, any idea on linkage settings as well?
