ruined my heads?
Started to gasket match (port) my fe ford heads and cut into water jacket well before I got down to the lower mark I scribed.
It's about half the size of a pencil on an intake runner. Any way known to fix? This kind of head is getting scarce in my area-and I wwas wondering if this was typical of the intake runner for #1 cylinder. 352,360,390,427,428 Ford. Any ideas ???

They can be welded. I know a guy that welds cast iron for a living using a cast iron rod. His work is superb and i wouldn't let anyone else weld cast iron. The head is placed in an oven and then welded. However, the head has to be completely remachined including ex seat inserts. New guides, ex. seats, valve grind and surface.
