Shows in local areas...
Just curious, where do all of y'all get your information on Hot Rod Shows in your area? Also, if anyone lives in Georgia, I'd love to meet some of y'all at a show one day. The only one I know of, and go to year after year, is the Super Chevy Show every May.

Here in KC there most sre listed in the Sunday paper. Then there's a guy that list show within 200 miles of KC. He does this on his own. He list the date, how many cars where there last year and a phone number to call about that show. and once a month he'll mail a list .The only dumb question is the one you don't ask..

Here in Utah we have a publication called "Mountain West Street News" that is put together by fellow rodders Bob and Louise Eames who have published the magazine since 1979! They have articles and adverts for local and regional (Intermountain West) shows. Also every year, usually the first Sunday in June, they hold a "rodders picnic" which is basically a car show without all the political crud to help fund the publication. Being in printing I know how much it takes to put something like this out. Subscription is $15 ($25 takes care of the picnic and subscription since mine usually expires around that time) and comes out bi-monthly. Besides this and the stack of flyers I find in my car at the various shows I'm rather busy at the shows yearly.
Thank you Roger. .
