Houston area show Oct. 11th
I volunteered to run the car show this year that's along with the Richmond Pecan Festival in downtown Richmond (25 miles SW of Houston)
The show has sucked the last few years and I'd like to get a better turnout this year. I'm getting into it kinda late so it's going to be tough to do all I want.
I'd really like to get all of you Houston guys to come down and help me out with the turnout and show off your cars and bikes.
In the past it's been a $10 entry with limited trophies. I'm either going to leave it that way or make it a free show with no awards. What do you guys think?? The awards mean there has to be judging which is always a PITA. Nobody is ever happy except the guys that win the trophies. I personally have always liked the free shows.
Help me out and give me your thoughts.
I should have more info coming up this week including a website for it.

I have all of the details ironed out and have decided to go with trophies and participant judging.
Here a link to the flyer for the show. Please shoot me an email if you are planning on coming.

You're welcome Mike, glad it worked out for you. Roger, it's taken a few years but my inventory of excess parts has shrunk a fair bit from 1 1/2 garage stalls to about an eight by eight space. ...
