Super Chevy Event - Tucson
I love Spring in Arizona! This weekend there were at least 6 events in Tucson. Super Chevy had seperate car shows both days....Nitro Coupes....jets....wheelie cars....and all of the chevy race cars you can stand!
Here are pictures some of the more exciting or interesting cars. I'll keep posting a few at a time until I get them all up, so check back on this thread.

Hayden Profitt was making passes in a replica of his '62 BelAir. I was at Indy to watch it run when it was brand new!!! :-)
The Corvair looks like one of the Crown Corv-8 conversions, with a smallblock in the back seat!
How many '60 Chevy ambulances do you suppose exist???

Last batch!
That Nova was an original 327/300horse car from '65! He belongs to a national club, and they can only locate one other original 300hp model.
The skull pattern on this 49-52 Chevy is done with a welder, then painted over....neat!
The coupe is a '42 Studebaker with a crossram SBC.
Had a great time.
Great to see your new post, Mike, and great to see CHR up and running again after several days of the Hmmm, can't reach this page.... Also good that you found an easy solution to your storage/access...
