What: Benefit Car Show & BBQ
When: Saturday, February 19, 2011, 9am to 2pm (BBQ events until 6pm)
Where: Seminole Ridge High School, Loxahatchee, FL (Directions on Flyer)
Why: Raise operating funds for Seminole Ridge Marching Band & Color Guard program
How: $10 Pre-registration (Check only), $15 Day of Show (Cash only)

It is located in Rural Western Palm Beach County, an area not normally served by Car Shows, about 20 minutes west of I-95. We are located within just a few miles of Lion Country Safari (http://www.lioncountrysafari.com/), a great family event in and of itself! Also, we are within minutes of Palm Beach International Raceway (http://racepbir.com/ ). Hotel/Motel information can be found at HotelGuides.com (http://hotelguides.com/florida/loxah...fl-hotels.html ). Weather that time of year is normally cool and clear, perfect for a "top-down" run. Nice drive for a club outing!

In addition to the Car Show, the school is planning vendor booths (crafts & such) attractions for the young ones, music and dance events in the interior courtyard and freshly cooked foods so you can plan either a half day or full!
The proceeds are being used specifically to fund the High School Marching Band, Color Guard and Winter Guard programs. This group has won State competitions in past years and looks to be one of the better groups for the upcoming State finals as well!

If you would like, we will reserve sequential spaces for your club's cars based upon pre-registrations. We will do our best to group your club's cars together even without pre-registration, but cannot guarantee spaces will be available. SPACE IS LIMITED TO 500 CARS. Call me to discuss as appropriate and we will work something out if need be.
