Bonneville Speedweek.
Just a couple of weeks away. SCTA - Home Page
My first trip to the salt changed my life. On the way back Hooley said, "I want to build one of those race cars" and I said, "Okay Hooley I will help". Nothing was ever the same from that moment on. It has been the experience of a lifetime. hooley-Main Index This year we are spectators and I am really looking forward to it.

Yup. I've been thru B-Ville a few times while travelling and the scenery is almost other-wordly especially at night under a full moon. Hopefully in the next few years I'll make it during speed week.I've NEVER seen a car come from the factory that couldn't be improved.....

I'd like to get out there some day during speed week. A local from our area drove his 48 ford station wagon out there last year and he had many awesome stories to tell. I know a couple of guys that have diesel speed projects, but I don't know if either is done and ready to go yet. Good luck you guys, and have a blast!Ryan

A roadster man. My hat is off to you. I have had 3, 32 roadsters myself. I miss them.
I will be in and out of Norris Anderson's pit. Hooley will be helping Norris. White Studebaker truck #898. I will also be at the HAMB meet and greet (Save the Salt Dinner) on Friday evening. I hope our paths cross. Mostly I am just going to be social and drink beer.
