460 Swap
what would i do with motor mount to get a 460 in a 78 el camino. was stock with a 305. would it just bolt in if not what mounts do i need

9413 is a universal engine swap kit from Trans dapt. May be what your looking for. I've put an engine on a lift with the mounts bolted on the engine and lowered it in and made some marks and started welding. Ive gotten lucky like that before. You can do amazing things with a plasma cutter and welder lol.We are aftermarket!

The 460 is a front sump engine, doubt is will be an easy swap to an Elky....they are designed for a rear sump engine. Check out the other thread you started on the swap....Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!
