    what set up springs are in the carb? how much do you have in the dist and how much do you have on the crank what rpm are you fully curve at. when will it start to curve .how much timming ? how big of a cam @050 it very well could be the stall i had 4 or so go bad they can hold the engine down sounds like to me you could need more stall must have a big cam? i have cars that idle at 1200 they do drop a whee bit when put in gear alot of the stalls out there are over rated junk .you really do not get a good stall till you hit the $1000+ mark but that could just be me
