    429 Thunderjet Still Clicking

The battery, starter, solenoid and all connections check out fine. Turn the key and the "Relay / Switch" on the firewall clicks. Can anyone tell me what this Silver "Relay / Switch" is on the firewall? Could it be the problem?

Today: OK, I replaced the Relay in question. Still nothing from the starter. I had the starter checked and it works fine. There are three wires going to the Relay, One is constant hot, the smaller wire is the ignition wire and the third wire completes the circuit, I assume. The "Ignition" wire is hot when I turn the key on. When I turn the key to Start position, the Ignition wire dies. I would think that this would work in the opposite direction. Anyone have any ideas? Am I working on the right thing? Could there be a problem with the Neutral Safety Switch? With the Ignition Key?
