ARP oil pump driveshaft
I was going through my engine receipts and saw that "...longer than stock, must be shortened." While assembling, I did have up and down movement with pump and MSD distributor installed. It should be ok, right?'77 Tbird/ 460 BBF, '70 Camaro RS split bumper w/ 4spd Muncie/ 350 2BBL

I'd say as long as you verified that the shaft isn't binding.... should be good.
