Bell housing for a 390 +5 speed?
I'm looking to put a 5 speed behind my 390. Does anybody know of a place I could find a bellhousing to make it fit?

After doing some research I think I'm going to try and get a T-56 to fit in there. The 5 speed seems to be a pretty common thing and I want to be different. Now I need to sack up and get a T-56 out of a viper.

I got the Lakewood scatter shield for my 428 and bought a new T-56 that is made for it from Fortes out of Md. I purchased everything from throw out bearing, clutch, shifter etc. Total was about $3800. Did a test fit into my 64 Mustang roadster project and everything seemed to fit. Only problem was custom headers have to be made. If you didn't already find a trans, I'm thinking about selling mine and going with an AOD.
