I searched and found lots of posts on rebuilds, but none addressed bolt torque specifically.

I need to replace the valve-guide seals in my stock 390 (1964 Galaxie) and can't find the torque specifics for the following:

1. Intake Manifold
2. Heads
4. Rocker Shaft Assembly
5. Exhaust Manifolds

The valve seals I got have a small metal ring around the outside, do these stay on after assembly?

Anything else I'm forgetting? Thanks a bunch guys!
