390 heads
does a 390 2bl have differrent heads then a 390 4bl? if so can you just port out the 2bl heads a litttle?

No some 390's used the same heads on both 2 and 4 bbls. There are many different castings though with different size chambers and ports sizes. Is there a paticular head you have in mind???
