my friend has a 67 ford f-250 camper special 390 fe 2 bbl c-4. and it will not start. its not getting any spark or fuel. changed the battery, messed around with the sylenoid and the relays still nothing, also checked all fuel lines. what the heck!?....... also it has 2 tanks but two switches one says up and down the other says left and right which ones which?
