Mallory Unilite
Anyone out there running the Mallory Unilite series distributor? Getting ready to drop one in a fresh 390FE. Just wondering if there are any issues with them?

Ours does great in a SBC never had a problem. I was told if the module goes you might not be where one is available so I carry a spare in trunk. Never had a problem though so maybe they just wanted to sell me a module.LOL

I've run several over the years, one in a daily driver. No problems whatsoever.

I've been using the Unilite series for several years on various small block fords with no issue....except for the module failing once and that was my fault for not having the filter installed. Use of the filter is a must but it's absolutely rock solid with that in place. Oh, and if you do need a new module, the one from Accel works perfectly as a replacement....for less than half the cost of the Mallory branded one. The only difference that I've been able to discern is the color....same parent company and parts that interchange mean a better ROI for the company.
