Don't do that - not always compatable. Sometimes they are OK, but you won't know until you ask the cam company. Right now I have about twenty two hydraulic roller grinds and I am certain that other supplliers have plenty more as well. Hydraulic rollers go away somewhere around 5500-5700 RPM so build the package around that range.

You'll have a hard time hitting your torque goal with a non-stroked 390 unless its really worked over, but the horsepower should be attainable.
