I took the motor off of what I'm guessing is an irrigation stand and got it on the work bench. My grandpa swears up and down it's a 428. I haven't measured it or opened it up yet to see exactly what I got but hopefully in the next few day's I'll find out. The more I look at Genesis and Pond blocks the more I think that's the route to go but I'm not giving up on the motor I have until I find out for sure what I have and how bad it is. Seems like it's been froze up for years.
