390 rear sump oil pan
I’m not too familiar with ford engines but i believe most ford fe engines have a front sump oil pan, correct? I have one with a rear sump pan and wonder if they’re common or not so common. I saw one on craigslist for $240. Was this guy just crazy or are they valuable? I don’t think it sold.

If you Google "390 Ford Rear Sump Oil Pan" there are tons of them available, new and used. Maybe Jerry or Pat can chime in on the rarity factor if it's OEM.Roger
