A 351 is not considered a big block. It is a Cleveland or a Windsor??? Being it is in a Mustang, I would imagine it is a Windsor. The Ford big blocks are the 385 series engines, such as 429's and 460's.....Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!
Carroll Shelby
Learning must be difficult for those who already know it all!!!!

Dave is right Alot of people think the 351 Cleveland is a big block...but it isnt, its a canted head small block.
The FE series is considered a big block to many.75 GMC C-15 factory 454, automatic, lowered

I have one with auzzy heads in my cobra. it was installed 12yrs ago and at the time it was the way to go in a 351.but today i think the windsor is a mutch beter way to go.good performance head are aveablefor them know.thay are mutch lighter and can be made to out perform a clevland for a lot less money.remember weight reduction=HP.
