You know just looking at the pic I just posted it looks like the shorties were resrtictive anyway with the carbon mark on flange . Maybe the oval port gives more clearence for the gasses to excape ???Last edited by bluestang67; 07-13-2008 at 08:13 PM.

Yep those are 5.0 shorties same ones i have just not chrome . So i wonder what Ford heads for a small block have oval port heads .

I think you should just get this one to set in the A...... big inch, good power, square ports...better get the long tube headers for it though......Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!

I'd have to sell the fastback and i dont think those small block coil overs will hold it up LOL .
