Another topic on engine dress up for my 5.0 EFI. (Originally from a 90 GT Mustang)

I have the stock plenum emblem plate, that simply states "5.0 Ford HO" on it, but would love to have the one I have seen on a few Cobra replicas that says "Cobra", and has the snake emblem. Would these plates be interchangable as to the mounting on the plenum, and what year/models do these Cobra plates come off?
