Recently I attempted to purchase a Zirgo fan from Rodparts Warehouse (they advertise in Rod and Custom). After three weeks of being told the fan had been shipped (it had not) I cancelled the order and ordered a fan from Speedway. On the same day the fan from Speedway arrived, so did one from Rodparts (it had been shipped three days after the order was cancelled). The Rodparts fan was sent back and I was assured the charge would be removed from my credit card. It has been over a month and despite several calls to Rodparts, the charge still has not been removed. Now its a hassle with the credit card co. Sorry for venting but this is frustrating!
