This is Mike Forte from Forte's Parts Connection. Today Dec 27th is the begining of my 28th year in business.
I have an old fashioned speed shop/performance parts warehouse specializing in manual transmissions. Presently I stock pallet loads of all models of Tremec TKO, T-5 & T-56
Back in 1993, I developed the original conversion of the Ford Tremec into a GM 5-speed. These have always bolted to OEM GM aluminum bellhousings without an adapter plate. The Early Ford & FE Tremec were also originals from Mike Forte. The Mustang firewall adjustable quadrant kit also is an original from me. His latest developements are external slave clutch release conversions & cable release conversions too. Now Tremec sells the GM TKO-500 & TKO-600 as a direct replacement thru their Elite distribution system.
On top of that I stock complete engines, aluminum cylinder heads, stroker kits and we assemble turnkey engines that are machined and dynoed in house. I sell mostly Ford but I build lots of high HP Chevys too...
