hey Steve , you sure you don't want a picture of one of either Don's or Uncle Bob's lady friends on the door of the Willy's after all you did say it is a fun carI maybe a little crazy but it stops me going insane.

Steve that's fantastic! I was recently in Monterey where they now have Bubba Gump's Seafood restaurants! Great movie too. I think the hotrod shrimp is great. Reminds me of the hot rod woody the wood pecker!

Finally picked up a pair of trail plates for the handles/locks, big thank you to my friend Paul Nichols (morris460) who donated them.
First job was to make up some solderless nipples as i'm using stainless cables to link them to the locks, I welded a nipple to each trail plate arm to accept the cable.
The lock arm already has an arm ready to accept the cable nipple.
It all works real nice.

Hell Steve, something so simple and you make artwork out of it and and giving me another idea of how or what I may be able to do with the door catches on my bucket.I maybe a little crazy but it stops me going insane.

Simple and efficient, I love your common sense approach, IMHO, it's what makes your build threads so interesting.Ken Thomas

Steve,
Ditto on the great info. I am disappointed however that you didn't make that socket head lock screw out of stainless.

I think when UPS delivered the last parts, Steve was too distracted to see if they were stainless. Not sure why?

Ok gang. It's been awhile. With everything that was going on taking care of my mom's affairs and making a few needed mods to the Healey, it was June before anything really got rolling on this...
