I here ya there thats been the story of this build!
ive changed so many lil subtle things as not to make any huge differance in the overall look basicly just clean up the ugly,
But ya its comming picked a few other parts to button up the fuel system pump lines etc.

Heck that must of been a buzz firing up the engine for the first time. I am looking forward to seeing updates and sorry, I'm being a wee bit impatient on seeing it all painted as you have done an absolutely brilliant job on the whole car.I maybe a little crazy but it stops me going insane.

Looking' smooth and clean! Forgot how big those tanks are, many, many moons ago had Buick's version of a Fleetline, did it up with a J-2 Olds engine, trans, and rear end. Never did "finish" the car, just got it running and driving decent and pounded on it severely!!!! Finally crashed the thing and moved on to other projects----What can I say, I was a kid and both the car and the donor car were freebies!!!!Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!

I have to say i cant count the people whos first impression is wow that car is hugeeee!
Reality! car weights 3,100lbs full of fluids ready to roll off the show room floor in 1948 thats 18 pounds more than a 1970 SB nova lol
So hopefully alot more people thing its a True "FAT" fender car lol when they wanna try and keep up with it lol
And this car i have on a diet no heater, radio a/c aluminun heads SB with many aluminun components so i think the car should come in pretty nice weight for good power to weight ratio,

One sweet looking Build....Set no Limit's on yourself !!!!
''life is only a temporary assignment ''
Like Mike says, if you add a layer of foam it tends to hine the slight bump, and you can even sand the foam surface slightly to really smooth it out.
