Well I was hoping to get some stuff done on the 37 before the car show today but Friday turned into one of those days. Instead of getting some shorter and wider tires on the truck I ended up babysitting a couple grandkids instead. At least I got the old truck into the show today and had a pretty good time. I ran into a few old friends and got to spend some time catching up which made the day go by pretty quickly.
There were about 300 cars and it was a pretty good mix of types. The one I probably spent the most time studying was this one......man it looks like it could be a handful! Talk about a quad.

The 37 was pretty well received. I put it in the under construction category because of needing to fill the gas tank filler hole, upholstering the seat etc. I got a couple "when you gonna paint it" questions, but the vast majority were "leave the paint the way it is" LOL.

There was a bit of icing on the cake.......all in all a pretty good day.

.I've NEVER seen a car come from the factory that couldn't be improved.....
Sorry for your loss of friend Mike McGee, Shine. Great trans men are few and far between, it seems. Sadly, Mike Frade was only 66 and had been talking about retirement for ten years that I know...
