32 Ford Tudor Hot Rod Build

New to the forum, so I figured I would jump right into it. I am building a 32 Ford tudor with my father. We bough the car about 2 years ago and cruised it as is for a while. We decided to swap the motor and freshen it up a little, and of coarse it turned into an all out project. Enjoy...

The fireway was a mess. Tons of holes from the battery tray, wires, and brake booster. Was able to file it pretty well. A skim coat and she looks like new.

Sorry for the long wait guys. Been a very busy spring and summer, so here are some updates.

The power for the deuce will be a GM crate motor topped with 3 deuces. We were pretty set on just the four barrel carb, but the 3x2s will really complement the style we are going for. All components on engine and trans painted chevy orange.

The body was in overall excellent shape. Filled roof had held up really wheel over time. The only modifications we added to the body were a custom 4 piece hood (pics to follow).

Now for the good stuff! After debating colors for months we were set on black. In the last minute we called an audible and went with PPG Washington Blue and we couldn't be happier. Right now only the body is painted and rubbed. We got it home last week and will start brake & fuel lines as the body panels are being painted.

We should start rolling at a pretty good pass, so check back soon for updates.
