Wow Falcon looking great. I like the interior panels, and the motor is coming along very nicely. If you fab the injector cleaner post some shots, please." "No matter where you go, there you are!" Steve.

Thanks! Here's the link of how I built it; the only thing I did different was use my battery charger for power as I couldn't get an AA battery to open the injector. Worked great, a noticeable improvement from start to finish in the injector stream. I used Seafoam for the cleaner. It was about $40 total for the parts and a new seal kit for all 6 injectors.

Did you get the kit that includes new filters, or just seals? Seems to me that when my son did this on his Mustang injectors he blew backwards through the injectors with filters removed, then put all of the new parts on. I could be wrong on the back flow.Roger

I tried to find the screens but no luck so I just did the seals. I did spray the screens out with some carb cleaner and they look pretty clean.1 Corinthians 1:27

Cool stuff! I may have to see what they can come up with.
It doesnt look much different but I've got a lot of hours this week altering the engine wiring harness, mounting the injectors and fuel rail, and figuring out how the hoses are going to lay out in the back. I was going to do the headers first but this made more sense when I started looking at it. The EEC, relays, etc will be mounted to a plate behind the seat so lot more wiring to change but its getting there. Also started putting the intake back together. The boxes of parts are getting emptier! Hopefuuly there's a trial engine start by the end of the month.1 Corinthians 1:27

Always a good sight when the parts boxes become fewer. I wonder if you left the motor with just that sticker on it, and with the hood open at a cruise night, would anyone recognize it?? LOL..

Ditto, Mike P. I'm enjoying the details on how to clean up the "look" of one of the modern Ford engines, as I'm thinking there's a modular in my future, likely a 4.6L but who knows..... Looking great, Falcon.Roger
