Another one is done and gone. Ignore the huge oil mess in front of the dodge. The governor springs were a big PITA and every time you have to adjust them almost all the oil from the governor housing runs out making a big old mess.
Back to working on the Ford project. I've got the short block assembled, got the trans and tcase painted and installed back in the truck, got the cam gear swapped on to the new Colt cam, installed the lifters and guide plates, and started installing 1 head this morning. Hopefully I can have the engine wrapped up so I can paint it soon. I'm ready to get this truck done and gone too.Last edited by 40FordDeluxe; 12-16-2016 at 02:44 PM.
