air ride set up
Air Ride arrives tomorrow and the rear is in place with All-Thread rods to do any fine tuning before the suspension is welded in.
The Air Ride I bought through a dealer vice Air Ride. Why ? Because Bill at BMAC's Restoration gives a discount for Military. For me it it was $500. off. BMAC Restoration
Not only the discount, but he was very helpful with questions and was willing to stay on the phone through all my maybe not to smart of questions. That speaks volumes to me.

Very cool, and the discount is a bonus! Also good to have a dealer who seems to know customer service is a part of being in business.Roger
Enjoy the little things in life, and you may look back one day and realize that they were really the BIG things.

Looks good.
"......all is tacked in place and moves with no binding. Still have to cut off some stuff and grind things smooth. And weld all brackets......"
Unless you've done it most people don't realize what a time eater that is.
.I've NEVER seen a car come from the factory that couldn't be improved.....

It looks really nice! I was just in the mock up stage on my 40 frame when I stopped working on it. Definitely a lot of measuring and checking before things get tacked.Ryan

Yes there was a lot of time spent getting it right, 2 days to get 4 brackets in there correct place. If I measured once I measured 10 times. Now the frame is stripped back down and on to final grind and paint or so I hope.

Better to check 10 time then cut once! Especially with wood!Ask me how I know?" "No matter where you go, there you are!" Steve.
