Yeah, that turned out awesome! What brand of adhesive did you use on the panels? It seems like all the good stuff we used back when I worked in a body shop, all really suck today. Probably have been cheapened up because they worked too good?

Beautiful! I know you probably already know this... but be sure to use concave tapered washers under those dash bolts. When you tighten down on them it wants to twist the material with out the washers

Wait till you see the seat.

We will also be doing a full blown photoshoot of the truck when it is complete. I will make sure we spend some time capturing the seat. I have a little gift lined up for you as well.

I use teflon washers on material and painted areas on bolts that are for "show". It keeps the material from moving and paint from chipping.

Thank you and yes we are getting close. I just finalized the headliner design. Tomorrow I'm going to make the frame work for the headliner, and send over the DXF. file for the design to my waterjet guy.

Wednesday is primer day for the windshield frame and tailgate. Hopefully I will have it all painted by Friday and have the headliner in by the end of the weekend.

Seeing it isn't enough for what you did for us. I want to try and get some good pictures if you would like to add them to your website. The other gift will arrive towards Christmas for you.

A lot got done this past week. All that is left is getting the bed painted and making the front headliner trim panel. Here are some pictures. The headliner oval, steering wheel half wrap, and the shift boot are going to be covered in black Alcantara.

    Headliner:

    Then I assembled the interior

I also go the front windshield painted as well as the tailgate skin and frame.

I also got a new steering wheel. Its a Budnik Tri Oval that is satin black. Cant wait to get that thing installed.

OOOOOH, Something different and done tastefully. Black on semi flat black what a nice and subtle contrast, very appealing, very easy to look as it invites your eyes to wonder to all the finely executed details. You have hit a home run in my eyes Dan. SA-WEEEEEET!

Very slick and subtle and the seat looks as comfortable as the rear seat in a 52 Buick my Grandfather had when I was very young.
