I think I missed this the other day.
A tiny bit of progress, been scratching for jobs while waiting for bits to arrive, i've been searching for a Y block thermostat housing but nothing turned up yet, solution was to make one
Started with some aluminium off cuts & couple of hours later I had a housing.

The mandrel bends I had been waiting for turned up yesterday so last night I could get the headers finished
I started to complete the drivers side but then realised the bends were slightly smaller in OD for some reason, I managed to use one to finish this header but the others are gonna have to go back and be replaced as it gives a step to the welded joint
I also checked the length of the primaries and found them all to be within 1/2" of each other, result !!!

Looking good on the exhaust Steve. Been meaning to ask for awhile now, is left hand drive cars easy to register for the road over there ? We have to have all new builds right hand drive over here and I believe that any new imported vehicle has to be converted to right hand drive.I maybe a little crazy but it stops me going insane.

Great work. Do you just buy multiple stainless bends and keep them on hand? Or do you have a tubing bender. Sure looks great sir!Ryan

I do a lot of 3"-5" and it is by far cheaper just buying the bends and making it. I need to brush up my tig skills and use stainless on my 40. Don't hold your breath dudes.Ryan
